Dear Jean & Family, My sincere condolences. I think of Sam with fondness & gratitude as he changed my career path when he opened the door for me to do a PhD in Haematology. This in turn opened many doors. I continue to work in drug development in Haem-Onc space and am forever grateful for the oppertunity Sam gave me. Rest in peace Sam. Siobhan
